I bought these 2 months ago and used them every day for about 4 weeks until I got the best pair on Prime Day. They could only play music for about 3-4 hours before the batteries needed recharging. So 12 hours of gameplay never happened. Not even close. I've used them occasionally at home over the past few weeks because the sound has been good. Today the connection between both earbuds suddenly dropped and I can't get them to work. I've followed the factory reset and restart pairing instructions multiple times to no avail. Emailed support today for service. This is the only option I have, so I'll let you know when Hilow responds. Your website is no help by the way. I will change this rating depending on her answer and the replacement pair I hope to get.
