Review on Arko Live by Derek Isaac
My experience using ARKO LIVE has been very positive
The ease of use of Arko Live. The ability to have video calls with students and teachers. Arko Live is easy to use and is a great platform for online classes. There are many features that I like. I like the ability to have more than one person on the screen. I also like that I can use my webcam and have it work. I also like that I can use my phone and have it work. I also like the ability to have a whiteboard. I dislike that I cannot have students send me messages. I also dislike that I cannot have students add comments. I use Arko Live for my online classes. I use it for my students to communicate with me and for me to communicate with them.
Pros
- Easy
- Great interface, especially when multiple people were using at once (see below)
- Ease in creating assignments/assignments due dates / attendance/
- Ability o create events such as "homework" days or class times.
- Inabilityto receive private message directly from student; however receiving an email has worked wellfor communicating back &/or forth between myself
