I like that it's easy to use for our team of over 30 people! It is also very customizable so we can tailor what works best within each department or office location as well (if needed). We have had issues at times where certain features are not working properly but their support has been quick & helpful when addressing any problems/questions related from using this software system - they've always responded quickly!! If you're looking into something simple yet efficient then definitely give them some consideration if your budget allows! Some things could be improved such an adding multiple email accounts per user would make life easier once having access via mobile devices etc., however overall everything seems great thus far!! Great product which helps us keep track /communication between all departments including remote employees too :).
