The product does have many advantages. For instance, it allows for easy customization and it is user friendly. The software also has a great reporting system. Unfortunately, we did not like the way it handled our practice accounts. We paid for additional users but were never notified. After speaking with their technical support, we discovered that they charged us twice for the same user. This was unacceptable. Other companies may charge for the same thing, but they give you advance notice.
