I have had a Plantronics headset and controller for many years. Then I got problems with the box and used Skype more on my computer than on my phone. i found this I've had good success but it fell out from time to time. I could never understand. A NOTICE. They must be plugged directly into your computer's USB port! If you connect to a multiport hub and someone else needs access to the port, you will lose connectivity.
