You need to attach the bottom strap - the OW item falls from below!
Surprisingly the "holder" did not come with a BOTTOM strap! The extinguisher slides out EASILY and IMMEDIATELY. Just to hold the folded blanket. It would be 5 stars if it included a bottom strap - I have straps to make it BUT still do.
