Right now, my kiddo shares a bedroom with us. Their sound machine plays all night, and my husband snores.I like to listen to guided meditations before bed.These headphones are comfortable to sleep in, and stay on all night and in place (I'm an active sleeper).I can, however, definitely still hear my kiddo's sound machine and husband's snoring! They are muted, and the headphones are louder when you're smashing them between your ear and the pillow, so it helps me ignore the background noise.They definitely are NOT noise cancelling.Being able to hear background noise is great for walks/running though, so that's a plus! Easy connect setup, too.
