Check fridge and freezer temperatures outside the unit
Two temperature sensors are installed inside the fridge freezer and a battery powered display with alarms is installed outside the fridge freezer. I have used both probes in a remote controlled freezer with an outside mounted display. Easy setup and testing of alarms. The alarms are working because I set the limits near freezing and the alarms went off. The alarms aren't very loud, but they'll get your attention if you're anywhere nearby. The display is good indoors but not great outdoors, it will be too dim to read.
