I wouldn't lie here when I first put this on my dog it was questionable at best. He froze, making little rustling noises, like toys he likes to destroy. I think he was concerned that he was now a toy for a dog the size of Clifford. But we kept going and I pulled it out on a cold New England night. About thirty seconds into our walk, my dog began pacing like John Travolta in a white tracksuit. The coat is *very* reflective, fits great (make sure your measurements are accurate), feels warm, and protects most of his body from falling snow. The attached harness is a very useful feature as my boy likes to take the collar off or strain when we are not using the harness. The faux fur neck detail is very soft. We love it.
