First, the quality is fine. The thickness of the glass is quite thin and it seems that the lids can easily bend or warp. When I received these glasses, one was broken (see pictures). Although the seller tried to pack the goods securely to avoid damage (use of canned leaflets), this did not help. Second, the delivery time was delayed. I wasn't too upset with the replacement because I didn't need them right away. Although I'm not entirely happy with my purchase, I've decided to keep the items because I don't want to return them. I also believe they will work for holding dryer balls and a small box of laundry detergent. Finally, I can not say if they are hermetic. When I put the lids on the jars there is a suction-like noise, but as mentioned I will not be storing food in them. So I can't guarantee that something like cookies will stay fresh.
