Great keyboard, bad documentation, bad usability, steep learning curve

This keyboard is incredibly well made and fun to type on, but it suffers from serious usability issues that are made worse by poor documentation. By default, when you enable it, several keys in the lower-right corner are remapped to arrow keys, including the question mark. To return normal keys, you need to press the function key-enter key. This is NOT in the documentation - the documentation says you have to double click the function control button to do this. Not true. I found out about it here on Amazon reviews. Apparently you can disable the windows/command key by pressing function windows. I don't know why you ever wanted to do that. I accidentally did this several times and had no idea what happened. This keyboard would have been vastly improved with a series of indicators showing what configuration options you have toggled on and off. In its current form, there's no other option but to press buttons and figure out what it does and doesn't do. Basically, to get any meaningful use out of this keyboard, you'll need to grab every (sometimes poorly documented) configuration option. and be prepared to diagnose when you need to use them (and possibly if you accidentally enabled them). If you do all that, you can have a lot of fun with this superbly crafted keyboard. If not, you will just be disappointed. Overall a great keyboard but very difficult to learn how to use properly.
