I bought it in March, went through the installation and everything worked. This morning it was a brick. My diagnosis is that the latest Skype patch/update is not compatible with this phone. This model is from Logitech from 2006, so it's quite old and not supported by Logitech anymore. However, I was using Skype 4.2 (the latest version) and all of a sudden the phone behaved like Skype wasn't running on my PC (it showed "Skype Offline"). I tried installing it on my laptop using the version of Skype that came with the phone (version 2.4, look for installskype.exe in the applications folder on the CD) and then the phone worked. I then upgraded Skype to 4.2 on the laptop and the phone bricked again. I removed everything from my PC and reinstalled version 2.4 and then disabled all automatic updates and it seems to be working. So if you don't remember being stuck on an older version of Skype, that's fine, but not otherwise. UPDATE: I was able to get the phone working with the latest version of Skype, but only by first uninstalling everything, installing Skype, then installing the latest Logitech driver for the phone in that order.
