📶 Wireless Convenience: Logitech Cordless Internet Handset for Seamless Connectivity Review

I've had a few of these and I like them compared to today's phones and VOIP devices that connect directly to the router. It's just a phone. It feels like a phone, acts like a phone, and can take some pretty hard hits. I use it with Skype for both Skype and landline/mobile calls. I prefer my cell phone when I'm at home.

A good product for all Skype users. Provides portability from PC to anywhere in the home/office. I like the small taskbar menu that makes it easy to switch between the phone and PC. All voice messages can be accessed from either a PC or a phone. No real complaints - the battery life is a little lazy, but it's mostly in the charging cradle so it's not a big deal.

I almost didn't buy it because after reading the reviews it didn't seem like it would work with Windows 7. I'm here to tell you it works fine. Just download the driver for Vista from this link [.] and everything is fine. Only real complaints: - I can't figure out how to attach the belt clip that came with this phone. - The batteries that come with this phone suck. Get some real ones. You must dial 001- before any phone number, even here in the US.

This phone is fun because it just works. It's easy to install and seamlessly integrates with Skype. We have used it with two computers, one brand new and one over 6 years old. It worked fine with both. I've had it for about 6 months now and it's totally reliable. We call a lot when we are abroad so we bought Skype Credit and practically eliminated our phone bills. I really like this phone but have decided to buy a GE - SKYPE - Dect 6.0 cordless phone after owning it for a week. The main downside is the need for a Windows PC running XP32 or VISTA 32.
