The customer service is outstanding! I have never had an issue or been left waiting for my information while they were finishing up another job, which was very important because it kept me from being late one time too many when working at church as well (a good thing!). They are thorough but not invasive like some other companies that seem more interested only about getting your money than actually doing their jobs right - this makes them stand out even though there may be others who do things better/more thoroughly overall still.
