Only suitable for one core. If this is your goal, I recommend this product. I used it to hide a coaxial TV cable, which I routed along the baseboard to the other side of the room. Since the base was also white, it harmonized so well with the interior that it was almost invisible. Looks great. The reason the stars are lowered is that it is quite difficult to remove the cover to insert the wire and no instructions are included. I broke the first section trying to take it apart.
