*Bought these online with a 15% coupon. My review wasn't published on their website so I'll leave it here. * The sound quality and Bluetooth connection are excellent, but the quality of the phone call to the receiver is terrible. I called a few friends and they all say it sounds like I'm talking in a car with the windows open. A little disappointed because I bought them. I make a lot of business calls and am very frustrated that it sounds like cheaper devices have made me a better person. UPDATE (3 stars): I have contacted support to possibly fix the issues, this is likely user error. Two days have passed, still no answer. Upgrade to three stars. Will be updated when it changes. UPDATE 2 (3 stars): Support only gave me one answer, return the item. That in itself is annoying. I'm glad they offered free return shipping, but they didn't offer any troubleshooting steps to improve the quality of the speaker for the recipient. I will be back and will not buy again until they publicly release an update to this issue. I'm only giving it three stars because the Bluetooth connection and the music sound are good. UPDATE 3 (2 stars): I requested more information on why the speaker quality was so poor and made sure the company is aware of this. My request was never answered and the support ticket was closed with no response. I received my refund as soon as my package got to the facility and luckily it was quick. I didn't have to call anyone to speed up the process. I urge everyone to stay away if you intend to use them for business calls and don't buy them just because some celebrities and news channels are covering them. Trust me, they got paid one way or another. I don't want to offend the name but I am 100% against only showing positive reviews on the site. With two stars, the music and bluetooth quality was still good, but not good enough to make up for the lack of phone quality and support. UPDATE 4 (November 9, 2019, good news): I was contacted by a Raycon Operations Assistant named Jason about his experience. Jason was very professional and genuinely believed I had received a faulty product. He apologized that the support team didn't offer a replacement pair. He offered to send a few, free of charge, of course. I've used the product for a few hours and the call quality is better than the previous pair. So the last pair turned out to be defective, what happens, nothing is 100% perfect. It's about how the company communicates afterwards. I didn't want a refund, I wanted good headphones. I will update if there is any quality change on this pair. I am very happy with this result and glad that the company has expressed its concern! Thanks Jason and I'm upgrading to 5 stars. LATEST UPDATE (4 stars): Thanks for all the votes guys and I have to say the problem is back with the current set of headphones Jason sent me. They're not as bad as I'm told, but I definitely won't be using them for any business purpose. I leave it at 4 stars. Jason was extremely helpful and definitely went above and beyond. I appreciate the follow up call and definitely think these are good headphones for working out and relaxing. Plus, they sound way better than AirPods and last just as long, if not longer. So you won't be disappointed if you choose them for music or audiobooks.
