The tool makes it easy to store, search for information in your logs across applications as well as aggregate them into useful reports or dashboards so they can be reviewed at any time. Also having multiple views of our data helps us make better decisions about what we should work on next (or stop working on). There are some limitations when you're using different versions - not all features will show up until version 8+. Sometimes this can lead to issues during upgrades where older servers don't have full compatibility yet. Having access to more than one view also allows me to see exactly which problems my staff need help solving now versus ones I'll deal with later because someone else has already fixed something related but isn't going through their backlog anymore!
