Great platform if your looking into project management
The ease of use for creating an account, adding contacts or having multiple accounts is very user friendly! There are some features that could be better like being able to add more than one contact per task but this isn't too big of an issue as you don't need it often.
It's easy to get started with this software. I've been using it at my current job since we were just starting out so there aren't any complaints from me about this product. We have solved several problems by using this tool which include tracking leads/customers, managing projects internally, communicating between teams and allowing employees to communicate quickly.
Pros
- This program has allowed our team (internal sales)to create tasks in order keep track when they complete their work insteadof handwritten notes scattered all over different notebooks etc.I also enjoy how simple everything looks compared other programs suchas MS Word while keeping most if not ALL important information organized within these systems.
Cons
- Sometimes certain things can take awhile before loading up
