*Original review*: I don't understand the good reviews. it doesn't even hold the 12# monitor in place. The articulated arms are too loose to even support his weight. I've tried removing the plastic plugs to tighten them but to no avail so far. Next time I'll try a cutting disc. skip it *Updated July 21, 2020*: I found how easy it was to remove the end caps and was able to tighten the nut. This works very well now. You remove the end caps by gently grasping the edges with pliers and unscrewing. It is so easy. There is a screw and nut behind the plastic plugs. 17mm bolt, 14mm nut. I've attached an image that may help others with their own. I am changing my star rating to 4.
