I alternate using Sensitivie for teeth and whitening versions of Lumineux Oral Essentials. I use it as a mouthwash and mix 1/3 with water in my electric irrigator. Having tried many other mouthwashes for both purposes, this is by far the best. I've been using it for several years now. Great taste, all natural. As for effectiveness, I have to go to my longtime dental hygienist who treated my case of receding gums and bleeding gums before Oral Essentials but no longer. I no longer have the problem and now she recommends it to other patients. I'm a happy customer.
