I like the product, the quality did not disappoint.

Where can I get a new one of these parts, or how do I go about exchanging current one?
Why are other people in the comments getting their missing parts shipped to them, but I'm supposed to take apart all four chairs, box them up, and send them back to the warehouse while I wait for a refund? Isn't it simpler for you to just send over one minor point of clarification?

Pros

Gorgeous, everything is excellent, and the seating is quite comfortable.

Cons

One component is off, and while I wait for the problem to be fixed, they have suggested that I send all four chairs back, ask for my money back, and start shopping for new furniture all over again.
