Edit: Avoid the brand altogether - great value for what I use it for - I'm impressed.

Edit/Update: Avoid this brand. I showed them off for a couple of hours total, used less than 10 hours total and the back fell off. I didn't use them for TV/Movies until my Samsung "AKG" headphones broke, which lasted until a week or two ago. I used them, brought them down, the back fell off and I can't find them. I am reaching out to see if they only have one backing to stick on as they are brand new and work fine and look fake. no priority (again, they are used for TV/Movies). They offered a 10% discount. I have explained the use, provided photos showing no wear, cables in perfect condition (no proof of use), original headphones on. They literally sat in a hard case for 11 months. Another 10% offer. So their 1 year guarantee is Amazon's 30 day refund (because my piece wasn't glued properly, factory quality control issue) and after 30 days 10% is their official guarantee. I asked if they had an RMA where I could use this rear panel, asked if they could find something just to cover the rear cables, no, nothing. No replacement, basically $5 offered. He said that "the end of 1 year is near". I didn't know there was a tiered guarantee. I didn't ask for a new set. I would even throw it away for delivery. They just don't care. That guarantee, if the 10% discount counts as a guarantee, I would take it off the list. It was good value if they worked 8-10+ hours before the factory forgot to attach the back. A bit disappointed as with normal use one breaks every year or two and I would replace it. From the company: Thank you for your email and sorry for the inconvenience. In this case, we will offer you a 10% refund as compensation, can you accept it? We wait for your answer. We really appreciate your patience. Sincerely, SuzySure $6 off and I'll throw it away before the wires break because the back fell off. It wasn't dropped, it fell in, between the upstairs and downstairs lol. I don't take discount Just reporting my experience, if these are your go-to headphones either upgrade or want them to last or buy from a company that makes a little over $6 and "sorry". The other piece is glued neatly, I really tried to tear it off, but it's screwed well, meaning the factory forgot to fix this one properly. If I hit a tree at 500 feet, I'll have multiple Sony N3APs, Xba-4s, Sony z-5s, um, Sennheiser 650s, 700s, and 800s, home speakers of various calibers, amplifiers, car stereos, and so on. Each has a use (one for the office, one for the home office, and the like). They are good for the price. I wanted something to use when streaming TV and audio from Roku to my phone over Wi-Fi. Since I sometimes fall asleep while watching, I didn't want to use a more expensive pair. They work great and sound good (I even use them for music sometimes when I'm too lazy to carry other headphones). If the cable bends or breaks - no problem, there are inexpensive replacements available. A year or more can be replaced and no one sheds a tear. Again, for the price, they have a pretty impressive soundstage, airy for an IEM. There's bass (which is good, sometimes not in this price range), there's highs which are cool to me, so when I'm listening to music I can use the EQ to tone it down a bit. For TV shows and movies you won't notice. The only hold up is the included cord, which likes to tie itself into lots of knots and tangles. It's just difficult to work with.
