I received the product three months ago. After normal daily use, one of the two straps that hold the end of the watch strap securely (to keep it from dangling) snapped slightly and finally snapped completely. Now the end of the watch strap is dangling, catching in my clothes etc. There is no way to contact the company for a replacement. My original watch strap lasted 3 years and this strap lasted 3 months which is unacceptable.
