Definitely would recommend these Moccasins as house slippers. They're pretty comfortable and soft, and the inside has some pretty thick faux fur that feels great on the feet. However, I'm not sure if it's because the faux fur is so thick or if the shoe runs small, but I HIGHLY suggest ordering a size larger than you're normal shoe size. I'm usually a size 10.5/11 (I ordered a 10 because I like the snug feels of slippers) but these are just a bit too tight. They fit almost comfortably on my partner who is usually a size 8. So now he has a new pair of slipper! But comfortability, I would highly recommend these shoes.
