I was so happy to get them! I bought them on a flash sale or short term sale and they were expensive etc so I got them. They are handy but very comfortable to use. Within 30 minutes they tell me the charge is low. I have the USB cable that came with it, only use it but never heard anything for more than 30.45 minutes. The sound is fantastic. But I can't do anything with it. I have instructions that I've read dozens of times. I'll do whatever it says it's so frustrating. I may have one with a short one, it always seems like one isn't working properly. They magnetically fit the case correctly, so don't. I have a really good USB tower that charges all my electronics. So I gave a "negative feedback" and the same day I was emailed: remove your feedback, we'll send you new ones, send yours back. Great I thought. In the end they gave me a new pair. They lasted a maximum of 3 hours. The absolute last straw was that they shrank to the point where they couldn't last ONE HOUR of the current binge episode. 100% charged. lying in my bed That sucks. Oh they fit well and sit snugly in those 45 minutes. 100% charged. Why over a thousand reviews and 4 1/2 stars? I do not know. But the new headphones are half the price and over 30 hours on a charge and still say a lot, that proof is crap to me. And no longer available. If they ever do, this is my experience. I always try to write honest reviews of everything I buy as it is an important factor in my decision making. I'm dissatisfied, yes, but this review isn't about my feelings, it's about my experience.
