I have been an Oral-B customer for 19 years. I used to always buy replacement toothbrush heads from local stores like Costco. I got this $35 set of 10 from Revain before I went on a 3 month trip last December. Due to a busy holiday delivery, they arrived the day after I left. I was going to replace my husband's toothbrush head tonight and immediately noticed that these toothbrush heads are different than the ones I was using. I compared the new toothbrush head to my real toothbrush head and found the following differences: 1. "Oral-B" logo: Revain One is blurry; really clear.2. Small metal piece in front: Revain is thinner and longer than the original.3. Bristles: Revain bristles loose; The real bristles hold together firmly and evenly even after four months of use. Revain has short white bristles flanked by blue bristles; real no.4. Bristle Dimples: The small gaps at the edge of the Revain One bristle dimples are longer and deeper than the real ones.5. Brush Base: Two rough lines on each side are rougher than the original.6. Backcode: Revain One numbers and numbers are larger, wider and less distinguishable than the original.7. Sides: The two thin lines on each side of the body are much rougher on the Revain one.8. Small Round Shape Front Bottom: Revain has a bulge while the original has a dimple. Now the price of this 10-pack has dropped from $35 to $27.98. If this seems too good to be true, it probably is. I contacted Revain support. Because the return period has expired, the representative was unable to refund my money. The Revain supervisor in South Africa was able to process the refund request.
