My dentist told me to buy a night guard as my teeth were moving from excessive nighttime grinding. I also had an occasional headache from grinding my teeth in the morning. Even with insurance, a night guard at the dentist would cost over $600. I had one from another dentist about 2 years ago and couldn't use it and ended up throwing it away. I saw this one at Revain and decided to give it a try. I have to say I was surprised at how easy and comfortable it was to get used to. I'm so glad I didn't pay hundreds for something that costs less than $20 and works really well.
