Reviews are misleading, this is NOT made from cheap materials, it is better assembled and higher quality than the single jet manual shower head bought at Lowes and $34 was paid to. We looked at local hardware stores for a dual head that would spray simultaneously and at the same time and couldn't find any, none of these in the store. A fixed head or wand was NOT used, but NOT both, and cost anywhere from $45 to $200. It was just fun so I was really shocked when we got this which is good it's not heavy but it's not easy either and I love the metal spring like on the hose and makes my sexy husband's bath time a dream, and now I'm not freezing because I can be in the water with him. lol happy to buy! Oh, and the hose is LONG, you can flush while sitting on the floor of our hot tub, the hose won't tangle or get stuck. It is very nice
