This is an update of my original review in which I described that the lamp is not suitable for my application (see below). After I posted this experience, the support team contacted me and quickly helped resolve the issue. I would love to give five stars for the excellence of the product, but excellent customer service is just as important. The problem in my case was this: The white ceramic part of the bulb is wider than the socket, so the end of the bulb doesn't reach the contact at the bottom of the socket. NOT SUITABLE FOR Frigidaire FFMV162LSA.
