The customer support staff are very friendly, knowledgeable & help us to choose which transportation mode most suits our needs for each journey we take from their platform every day. I haven’t found anything at this time as far too dislike about my experience thus no comments! I do like how simple it can be to sign up using one of the links provided by them (i believe) but also am aware there may be other means available if you have more advanced IT skills than me :) As per above they offer various routes depending upon your travel requirements so finding what works well could require some research first before signing an agreement for usage. Commuting has been simplified greatly since joining due to not having any previous knowledge/experience required in order to navigate. The customer support team was very patient, knowledgeable about all aspects of our business needs/wants (like any good salesperson should be). We are working through some integration issues at this time but they have been responsive to my requests for help along way! I would highly recommend them if you're looking into an automated platform like theirs or something similar - it's worth checking out their features first so there aren't too many surprises when going live later down line!!
