Bought back in December and two weeks ago I was finally able to start using it. Overall, it serves my purposes, but after two weeks of use, one of the handle anchors broke. That's what happened today after a long day at work. See attached pictures. I'm considering asking for my money back. Also, the handles need knuckle grooves. It's very uncomfortable trying to carry it when all its weight is resting on the little knuckles at the ends of your fingers. EDIT: It still works after using hot glue but still not satisfied. I carry it more than I ride because the wheels are so small. I don't think it's worth $51. Wouldn't buy it again.
