It was a good product although it worked but after a few months the USB connection stopped working. Internet research suggests it is a soldering issue at the location of the USB input port. Customer support was very poor in terms of replies (reasonable email response time but actual content was very lackluster). I was eventually able to return the product but only for a replacement and I expect this issue will persist after some use. After a very long run, it took over a month to find a replacement. I have bought many Rosewill products but I think I will stay away from their keyboards in the future. I would not recommend this product because it can break and dealing with the support agent was a terrible experience.
