Plugs are difficult to connect, even if you know the safety plug system.

I know there are plug safety latches but even if I move them I still can't insert the plug into the outlet. I need a surge protector that I can easily remove the plugs from. It was a struggle. I just wanted people to know who needs protection that they want to put on and take off with ease. They let me return it for convenience. It was good. The product looks cool, it just doesn't serve my purpose.
