Wow, what a shirt find. The build quality is first class. I assume this shirt will last for many years. She is very easy to care for. No ironing required - always looks fresh. When tucked in, it is elegant enough for a business casual look. I wear it to work all the time. Open with a t-shirt and jeans, it works just as well. The solid color pairs well with khakis or jeans and doesn't make me look like a lumberjack like I might with their plaids. It's a warm shirt, but not overly warm - I wear it to the office and it's quite comfortable. After receiving this shirt, I bought two more in different colors.
