Review on Betterfleet by Steven Brouillard

I liked that they were very professional in their approach to understanding all of our needs/wants.

They listened well and understood what we wanted out of this system and made recommendations accordingly. Not much; just follow through with them - you will be happy with your decision! The software is easy enough for me (a non-techie) to use but also has features which require some technical knowledge if you don't have it already. It's great having an expert looking over my shoulder during implementation who can help sort any issues or concerns.
