Slightly thinner than my uncompressed sponges when wet.
I haven't had these sponges long enough to appreciate their durability. So far they appear to be of excellent quality, although slightly thinner than "regular" cellulose sponges when wet. On the other hand I don't find that a problem and they are great for taking extra items into the camper as they take up so little space.
