I love the smell and effectiveness of this cleaner. Since COVID, a bottle of liquid laundry detergent is nowhere to be found in my local stores. I was happy to find this product in stock, albeit at a higher price. Thought I'd try the convenience of little pillows, but they are TERRIBLE! They don't dissolve completely, even using hot water, and my clothes came out of the washing machine with gummed spots (like chewing gum) where the pad material didn't dissolve and got stuck in a tight ball. Even scraping off the sticky substance and washing the clothes again in one cycle in extra water didn't remove it completely. For reference, I have an LG front loading washing machine. For subsequent washes I have resorted to cutting open the pillows and squeezing the liquid into the detergent dispenser. It's messy, time consuming, and a major inconvenience. Poor value for money. Method. Please improve or ditch the packaging of this product and stick to plastic bottles!
