Review on 🚗 NAVISKAUTO 12-inch Car DVD Player with HDMI Input and Headphone Mounting Bracket, HD Screen Support, Sync Screen, Last Memory, and Region Free by Hank Mistretta

The headrest attachment was too long for my headrest, I contacted the company and they asked me to send some pictures of my headrest and they said the engineers got the right size. It arrived in about a week and I had a hard time installing it, it was only a half inch longer but my friend was able to remove the headrest and attach it so we could install it like that. . The clip on the back was a bit fiddly but we put it on and it only took a day but I had no problems. I have to fiddle with the picture settings because the colors don't seem right, but so far I'm very happy with it. The woman from the company was very helpful and sometimes apologized for waiting for an answer. I had to pay for a new holder to be shipped but she mentioned that she had sent me another DVD player because of the hassle which I thought was very nice. I ordered this product a few months ago, so I had to wait a long time for it to be fully set up. Basically I am satisfied with the product. Received a free DVD player as compensation, very disappointed it wasn't the one in the picture the representative sent me. There were crumbs stuck to the bottom edge of the screen, the screen was dirty, there were no wires, no remote control and no headphones (all in the photo). I have contacted customer service to return the item as I will not be using it and am still awaiting a reply. I have just received my third DVD player, it had all the items listed in the picture and looked fairly new. The only bug I've noticed is that the DVD-ROM door doesn't close, but I think it's workable. Much happier with this result and will be ordering from them again in the future.
