This thing works great. Use it with this power adapter (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074GGMD5J) on my multimedia computer for a totally silent build! Has been working flawlessly for over 4 months. Update: I have 2 of these now and they both work great. One in my son's i3 for a quiet fit in his room, the other in an i7 quiet fit in my bedroom. These things are great! Buy a third to silence the kitchen computer. It's free to rip out that noisy power supply and plug in this little thing for blissful silence! Other thoughts: This is a 300W PSU. Be smart and keep an eye on your energy budget! It easily handles my 95-watt i7 3770k, 100-watt motherboard, 5-watt CPU cooler, two 80-foot Ethernet ports, and a couple of low-power USBs. And I demand a lot from my system. BUT, I use the integrated Intel video! This is the perfect power supply for a silent build when using your CPU's onboard video but not installing a 500W graphics card! Do some homework and some simple math!
