I bought 4 radios for me and my kids. We've only had them a few weeks so can't comment on durability, but they're easy to adjust. One thing I was specifically looking for was a wire harness that didn't snap top to bottom (meaning the radio could fall out from the bottom when unzipping to remove the radio). It's velcro with a button at the bottom, so that's not a problem. They can be adapted to different radio sizes. I use a full sized slope radio and a small medium sized radio for family communication. There is a nice central pocket for storing other items as well as pen holders. It is suitable for both adult family members and children (up to 7 years old). Had to make some adjustments to lower back harness to accommodate smaller children (zipped harness to make it smaller). Functionality and good workmanship please, so I suspect durability won't be an issue.
