I lost a lot of weight and have the annoying droopy arms slowly catching up. Tank tops and sleeveless dresses just don't work for me but this solves the problem. It's lightweight and not adding unwanted summer heat. I like it so much I plan to order more colors. Fit wise I would say runs a little on the small size. You don't really need to size up but if you're borderline or prefer looser fits you may want to think about ordering up. There are pockets but realistically only for your hands, I wouldn't trust them to hold anything in them for you (fabric drapes over in to a pocket, not a traditional pocket).
