This purchase was made on July 15, 2019 and installed on July 26, 2019. With a purchase like this, I prefer to give the product time to prove itself. This is by far one of the best home purchases I've ever made. If the cameras were professionally installed, I cannot test the setup or installation. A few things I would like to mention is that the guy used his own cables (much better quality and included) and did the setup for mobile viewing. What I can say is the clarity, safety, comfort and durability of my cameras. A resident of Georgia, so we literally see all 4 seasons here, with the exception of a small amount of snow, which is minimal compared to the northern states. I love how I can switch channels and view all 4 cameras in full screen. The cameras are of good quality and weatherproof. Very clear day and night vision is clear, better than I expected. The range of these cameras is also large. No glitches or screen freezes. That way, from a mobile device, I can see these Revain packages being delivered the way they're supposed to be safe. Note Note! One thing that annoyed me was the motion sensors, yes I know some will say it's the best part about having cameras for security but for me NO. The device made a constant clicking sound whenever a car drove by, an animal flew by, crawled by, or even a snail. Imagine that at night and try to sleep. I just disabled it from the menu. One more thing, not a nuisance but an OCD problem. lol it's time For some reason my system went down for 2 or 3 minutes of recording. I went to the menu several times to change it, but for some reason it keeps speeding up. Although I can live with that. Now another problem as you can see from the picture until around July 2020 one of my cameras started showing a very bad blurry picture. At first I thought maybe the lens was tangled in cobwebs or something stuck to it, so I tried cleaning it with a broom. No luck, still blurry. Nobody has tested this for me yet, but I hope it can be solved. One of the reviewers mentioned a support number, I'll try to contact someone. Other than that, it was a really great purchase. I would recommend. If I have to buy again I will get one with more interchangeable cameras so I can switch. Will update later when I speak to CS. **UPDATE** Okay, let me just say that the customer support (isansco@outlook.com) has been absolutely amazing with a quick response to an issue I had with the camera. Correspondence began on November 24th, and on December 13th I received a replacement. Posted a new picture to show the update. Installation was very easy, unplug the old camera, install the new one, connect the cables, tighten and DONE! Upgrade to 5 stars.
