Review on Sunbeam Quilted Fleece Heated Blanket Bedding by Sandra Johnson

A few years ago I had an electric blanket that was put on and left lying around. It can literally burn you. It was better than freezing, but that was all. Unfortunately, it stays around 60F in our bedroom in the winter and an electric blanket really helps, so I thought I'd give it another try. When I ordered these I was hoping the technology was advanced enough to keep me warm but avoid burns. As it turns out, I LOVE this blanket! It has a preheater which I turn on before I go to bed and when I go to bed the sheets are warm but not too hot. Once the preheat setting is off, it defaults to whatever setting you choose - from L to 20. Personally, if the sheets are warm, L keeps me warm all night without overheating. The 10-hour shutdown is reassuring. So if you forget to turn them off and go to work, don't worry. Yes, it has wires - it's an electric blanket. I put mine between a flat sheet and a duvet and never felt the wires. It's a lovely fluffy soft blanket. So if the sheet slips to the side and touches your skin, you're fine. TL; DR - Great blanket, take it!
