I wanted to love this product but after only 3 months of use it's already falling apart. Two zippers broke. The "neat" part was the portable bed, but it doesn't seem to go to bed with our baby in it! Also, the poles were too long on one side so we had to sit there for 20-30 minutes to install and it took two people! Not comfortable at all! The bottle bag is so small and tiny, if you have a big bottle, forget to put it in there. It won't fit. There weren't enough external pockets to stash personal items either... and the velcro straps start to loosen when we put it on the stroller. When you open it, once it's attached to the stroller with Velcro, you can't close it - you have to hold it from below to close it. Like I said, I'd love to love it, but there were too many things that just made it a bad buy. My other diaper bag we used for my oldest is still holding up and it's been 3 years now! It also included a changing pad. There was no spare pillow included. I had to purchase a separate replacement pad from another source. Everywhere I would not recommend this product nor would I buy it for my mom-to-be. — From a dissatisfied customer.
