My daughter loves wearing pink and wearing skirts. She also needs to be able to walk in sports, so this skirt is the sweet spot for both of us. My daughter is 11 years old but she is taller. Although this skirt is true to her size, I have a feeling it might look short for some. It comes down to mid-thigh in the front but is slightly higher in the back as I don't think there was any extra material for the back. All in all these are really great sports shorts for kids.
