could have been selected After running out of genuine HP black and white toner that came with my printer, I saved some money by purchasing a black and white -Bought OEM/3rd party toner. This turned out to be a big mistake. A few dozen prints in a new toner cartridge and streaks and faded areas started to appear. I have done every cleaning, maintenance and/or calibration imaginable. I shook the cartridge, wiping away as many dots as I could, but the print quality remained terrible and only got worse. So I took the drug and took these two packs of Original HP Toner and was happy with the result. I've printed several hundred pages and the quality is top notch. I will no longer save on third-party toner cartridges, at least not for black and white.
