I don't know why they aren't a standard size now.

Update 2: About a month into the setup and I've used a couple of dB meters to test. I've said before that 750 fans are louder than 650 fans, but I feel like I wasn't paying attention at the time. At idle I have 28-33 dB. It is about 6 inches from the case and contains other components (6 fans and a 3080fe). They're probably louder because I haven't touched my phone's fan curve yet. When I run SW Squads for an hour on the Valve Index at max settings and the highest possible framerate I get 47dB, which I don't think is bad at all. Again, the noise includes all components, not just the power supply, and I can't tell any added extras from the power supply itself. It's also never loud enough for my cheap gaming headphones to block out. I've seen videos of crazy loud 850 fans and in my experience the 650 and 750w PSUs don't seem to have this kind of problem. Update: managed to pick up 750w at reasonable prices! I have a feeling the 750's fans are louder than the 650's, but maybe I just wasn't paying attention before. Also added an updated photo. of which with correctly routed cables Original: Great power supply. $120 is expensive for a 650W PSU, but it was my best bet without doubling the cost to get a reliable 750W PSU. I just upgraded my PC to Nr200 (also Coolermaster) and I can definitely say that my setup is not suitable for ATX power supplies. the fan is bigger than on my old atx 850w power supply.
