Good lights, like a good quality set. Nicely packaged etc. There are no complaints. The "controller thing" needs to be reset every time the power is turned on. So instead of just glowing with a constant light, it glows with "Blinkdisco #1". You then have to use the IR remote or press the button on the controller box and go through 6 more programs with different blinking patterns before it just "turns on" with no blinking. If you're using this outdoors, perhaps in colder or snowier conditions, it's nearly impossible to do this every time you turn on the light. that made all the blinking. I just need a steady light. So I was looking for a way to contact the support team to check. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any customer service, no phone number, no chatbot, nothing. I would love to return them but they are out and cold now so their removal will not be anytime soon. I don't even think I'll use them, blinking too much.
