I like that it's easy for my team members who don't have much Ruby experience in order train them up. It takes some time to get used to, but once you do, your code will be more readable than any other framework out there (in terms of syntax). The IDE is also very useful even though not as intuitive as one might want with something new coming along every few months. We're building an app where all our front-end AngularJS developers are still working from VSCode right now so we were looking into alternatives due to this. Our lead developer found ocsigen while doing his research and since then everything has gone well for us.
