It would be better if it had two pockets
I personally found it cheap and I'm surprised it held up the first six weeks of school. My 8 year old gave it a 4 star rating because he said he would like it better if it had two pockets instead of one. We've never used an ice pack, it's really too small to do anything. He likes the pencil case. The lunch box is about the size of a brown bag and also stays closed. All in all we got what we paid for.
